Terms & Conditions

Before completing your payment, please review the following key conditions:

• Electronic Agreement Requirement: Renters must sign an electronic rental agreement prior to pickup. If this agreement is not completed before your scheduled rental time, your reservation will be voided and your payment refunded in full.
• Tow Vehicle & Safety Protocols: You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle meets all towing, hitching, and electronic brake controller requirements. CTS Trailer Rentals reserves the right to decline rental release if tow vehicle safety standards are not met.
• Driver Requirements: Only designated, authorized drivers aged 18+ with a valid driver’s license may operate the trailer. Out-of-state travel requires prior written approval.
• Liability & Physical Damage: Renter assumes personal financial responsibility for trailer damage, repairs, total loss, or missing equipment exceeding primary auto policy caps.
• Returns, Security Deposits & Late Fees: A pre-authorized security deposit is fully released upon the timely return of a clean, damage-free trailer. To avoid additional charges, trailers must be returned clean and on schedule. Equipment unreturned after 24 hours without written approval will be reported to law enforcement.
